The production base of Dezhuang was established in January, 2005, covering an area of 68 acres. The total investment came to 45 million yuan. It’s the largest production base of condiment and seasoning in southwestern China and the annual output value exceeds over 100 million yuan.

The production base is separate from office and living area. Dezhuang gathered talented people from Southwest University and Chongqing University. Applying the advanced equipment and technology, Dezhuang has built modernized and dedicated workshop which has the annual output capacity of 20 thousand tons.

Dezhuang applies the ISO9001: 2000 and HACCP to manage the quality and safety, also implements the 5S management to improve productivity and quality. The food that Dezhuang sells to the market all passed the QS and the ex-factory pass rate reached 100%.
